what are the 5 different parts of the first amendment? freedom of speech,freedom of religion,freedom of press,freedom of assembally,right to petition the government.
what is the right to assembal? it means that you have the right to protest but it must be a peaceful.
when i woke up this morning,there was a soldier in my house! i didnt invite him in but he said the gov.told him he could stay there. do i have the right to kick him out? yes. the 3rd amendment states:the government cabnnot force you to shelter soldiers in your home without your consent in time of war or peace.
what are the parts of the 6th amendment? right to free trial,right to a speedy public trial,right to a jury,right to be told what accused of, face witnesses,call witness(s) to speak on his/her behalf,have an attorny.
i was caught with a stolen car and trialed for it. a week later i was tried again for the same crime. is this violeating an amendment? yes it is. this violates the 5th amaendment which states that you cannot try a person twice for the same crime.
what is the second amendment? the right to bear arms.
i caught speeding and given a ticket for it. the cop also decided that since he didnt like my car,i would be sentenced to 30 yrs. of community service. what amendment is this violating? this is violating the 8th amendment which says that there cannot be any cruel and unusual punishments.
a cop came to my house and said that he wanted to do a search because of how big my house was!do i have a right to stop him? yes. the 4th amendment states that you have the right against unreasonable search and seizures of private property.
