what amendment is the right to bare arms? the second amendment.
what are the 5 different parts of the first amendment? Freedom of expression, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, right to petition the government.
My mom is threatening to ground me for breaking her vase, do i have a right not to be grounded? you dont have a right.
what is the right to assemble? it means that you have the right to prootest but it must be peacefully.
what is the bill of rights? the first 10 amenndments in the constitution.
The government is trying to let soldiers live in my house, but theres no room, do i have a right to say no? yes, you have a right, pleed the 3rd amendment.
what is the 8th amendment? you get fair bail and no cruel or unusaul punishment.
