What is the Agricultural Revolution? In the 17th-19th centuries, an increase in agricultural productivity in Great Britain which helped drive the Industrial Revolution
What is Mass Production? The production of large amounts of standardized products, including and especially on assembly lines.
What is Division of Labor? The specialisation of cooperative labor in specific, specialized tasks and like roles.
What is Mechanization? Is providing human operators with machinery that assists them with the muscular requirements of work or displaces muscular work.
What is the Spinning Jenny? A multi-spool spinning frame
What is the Water Frame? The name given to the spinning frame, when water power is used to drive it
What is a Textile? A flexible woven material consisting of a network of natural or artificial fibres often referred to as thread or yarn.

What is the Steam Engine? A heat engine that performs mechanical work using steam as its working fluid.

What is "Laissez Faire"? An environment in which transactions between private parties are free from state intervention, including restrictive regulations, taxes, tariffs and enforced monopolies.
What is "Free Market Capitalism"? A competitive market where prices are determined by supply and demand.
