what are principles of training? what you need in order to have a successful training programme.
Name some principles of training? progressive overload, specificity, intensity, duration, reverseability, frequency,
what does specificity mean? specific to your own fitness level, the activity and position you play.
what does progressive overload mean? when you gradually try and increase your training.
what is intensity? how hard you train per session.
what is reversibility? after starting back from ingury then your fitness level will be lower so need to start at a previous stage.
what does duration mean? How long you train per each session programme.
what is frequency? how often you train each week.
