Liberty Freedom from external or foreign rule
Tyranny A cruel or abusive authority- usually a government
Colony A group of people who settle in a distant land but are still ruled by their native(mother) country
Delegate A person designated to act for or represent another or others; deputy; representative, as in a political convention
Independent Not influenced or controlled by others in matters of opinion
Interdependent Depending on each other for success and survival

Quarter To house or to feed soldiers
Tyrant Ruler who uses power oppressively or unjustly
Boycott To refuse to buy items from a particular country
