What were the Navigation Acts? Why were the colonists angry? Can only ship goods to England, must use English ships. Americans want to trade with whomever they please
What was the Proclamation of 1793? How did it affect the colonists? Britain forbade settlement west of Appalachian mountains. Colonists mad. Want to expand.
What was the Great Awakening? What were its effects? "a new birth", return to stronger faith of earlier days. Spreads religion, opens new churches
