What was Lincoln's famous speech, The Gettysburg Address, for? To commemorate the union soldiers that had died at the battle of Gettysburg.
What did both President Lincoln and President Andrew Jackson both want? To uphold the the federal government.
What did the Fugitive Slave Act allow? It allowed runaway slaves to be captured and returned to the South.
