| Hiroshima, Japan | This was the first site where the Atomic Bomb |
| Phillipines | this was a major area in the Pacific Theater |
| China | Hideki Tojo took over a part of it which was called Manchiria but then renamed Manchuko |
| Panama | this was the site of canal that connected the Pacific and Atlanic Oceans which made it easier to travel |
| Puerto Rico | one country gained from Spanish American War which is still a US territory today |
| Cuba | location of Cuban Missile Crisis, 90 miles from US which is still under dictatorship |
