convoy system when merchant ships would travel in large groups W a gaurd of circling destroyers and cruisers able to stop u boat atacks
mechinized warfare warfare that relies on machines powered by gasoline and diseal engines increased the amount of deaths
john j pershing commanded the american troops belived in strong combat and that trench warfare made the allies defensive
treaty of versailles established nine new nations shifted the boundaries of others demilitarized germany pay reparations and cointained a war guilt clause
14 points the principles wilson proposed for peace called for a league of nations rejected by the allies
german problems with the treaty detest the treaty humiliated them and they had no way to pay
russian problems with the treaty lost some of their territory needs werent met and were kept out of the peace meeting
