What does Popular Soverereignty mean? Authority of the people
What does Republicanism mean? The people elect represenitives and give them the responsibility to make laws and conduct government
What does limited government mean? No one is above the law
What does Federalism mean? The division of power between federal and state governments
What does Separation of Powers mean? Dividing power between three branches of government
What does Checks and Balances mean? One branch is going to control the other branches
What does Individual rights mean? Rights and Liberties all citizens are garented in the bill of rights
