Bill of Right

| Amendment I | Freedom of Religion, speech, and the press; right for people to assemble and petition the government |
| Amendment II | Right to bear arms, and have an army. |
| Amendment III | No soldier may take authority to stay in any home. |
| Amendment IV | Government may not take away or search people's property without consent or if their is a criminal investigation. |
| Amendment V | No person is required to answer all questions unless their are indited by the Grand Jury. They may not be subjected to the same crime twice. They will not be deprived of life, liberty, or property without law and without compensation for land. |
| Amendment VI | Any person may have the right to have a speedy and public trial in the jury of the State and district that the crime originated in. |
| Amendment VII | Any problem of over 20 dollars may be authorized to sue. |
| Amendment VIII | No cruel or unusual punishment and excessive bail will not be required. |
| Amendment IX | People may not take their rights away. |
| Amendment X | Powers not given to the US by Constituion nor prohibited by it are given to the states. |
