| 2. What is a precedent? Give an example of a precedent set by George Washington | A precedent is an action or decisions that later serves as an example. - Washington met with the cabinet heads and the president today still does that. |
| 3. Describe Hamilton’s economic plan for the nation. | -pay foreign dept and repay bonds as soon as possible(it would build confidence in the economy and look more stable) -pass higher tariffs, and gain revenue -promote manufacturing and business. -making a national bank and a national mint |
