Characteristics of civilization.

QuestionExplanation
Government The law making, enforcing, and interpreting body that makes important decisions for their citizens.
Religion A system of specific beliefs, and values. They usually involve worshiping God (s). They also generally have some sort of book/ journal that states the events that created and shaped this religion, (ex; the bible, the Torah, the Qua ran).
Stable food supply A reliable consistent number of food to feed all citizens of a country, city, or city-state. In other words, enough food for everyone.
Social Structure The division of people by jobs, wealth, and area that are the base of a healthy society. (ex; plebeians & patricians)
Writing The recording of information, in a book, paper, journal etc.
Technology The tools that society uses to help manage everyday life, ex; phones.
Art & Architecture Art is the expression of emotions generally conveyed through sculpture, paintings, and tapestries. Architecture is the design of buildings that people use, whether its everyday or only some days. (ex; churches, houses)
