| Hacienda | – A large Spanish farm or ranch where crops or livestock were raised. |
| Plantation – | A large farm where one main crop, such as sugar, tobacco, or cotton, was grown, often using enslaved labor. |
| Mission | – A settlement started by Spanish priests to spread Christianity and teach Native Americans European ways of life. |
| Export | – A product or good that is sent from one country to another to be sold. |
