QuestionAnswer
Sand dunes. hills of sand shaped by wind.
Oasis. an oasis s a wet, fertile area in desert.
Sedentary. Sedentary or settled.
Caravan. a group of traders that travel together.
Souk. A market or Bazaar.
Islam. The message Muhammad received form the basis of the religion called Islam.
Qur'an. The holy book of Islam.
Shrine. is a place which worship saint or god.
pilgrimage. A journey to a sacred place.
Mosque. or building for Muslim prayer.
Jihad. Which means to "make an effort, or to struggle.
The Sunnah. Refers to the way the Muhammad lived, which provides a model for the duties and the way of life expected of Muslims.
The Five Pillars Of Islam. Which are five acts of worship required of all Muslims.
