| Fifth amendment? | Requires due process. |
| Due process? | Fair hearing or trail. |
| Indict? | To formally accuse. |
| Double Jepordy? | Cannot be tired for the same crime twice. |
| Eminent domain? | The power to take personal property in order to benefit the public. |
| Naturalized Citizen? | When a foreign born citizen is granted full citizenship. |
| Deport? | To return to country of origin. |
| Draft? | Required military service. |
| Political Action Committee(PAC)? | A group that collects money to give to a candidate that supports certain issues. |
| Interest groups? | Groups that are forced to lobby, or try to influence politicians on behalf of certain issues. |
