banned alcohol
everyone can vote no matter what sex they are
shortens the time between election and inauguration
alcohol is legal again, state laws still apply
can't run for president more than twice
Washington D.C. gets 3 electoral votes
can't be denied the right to vote if you don't pay your taxes
sets the rules for how vice president will become president (ex. coma, death,)
18 is voting age
27th Amendment congressmen can vote themselves a payraise but it won't start until the next election
