Percussie Buik onderzoek Oriënterend: 9 vlakken, pijnlijke plek(ken) als laatste. • Beoordeel tympanie (fysiologisch of abnormaal) en pijn Gericht: • Lever: in midclaviculair- en in mediaanlijn • Milt: vanaf SIAS via navel naar midaxillairlijn
Palpatie Buik onderzoek Oppervlakkig: 4 kwadranten • Pijn en tonus buikspieren Diep: 9 vlakken • Lever: midclaviculairlijn • Milt: net lateraal van midclaviculairlijn (vanaf navel richting ribbenboog) • Liezen: pulsaties, zwellingen • Rectaal / rectovaginaal toucher
Inspectie extra stappen maag en darmen • Turgor > tekenen dehydratie • Buikwandbreuk: VALSALVA-manoeuvre
Palpatie extra stappen maag en darmen • Regio epigastrica • Colonpalpatie: loodrecht op verloop colon ascendens en descendens
Inspectie extra stappen lever, galwegen & milt • Leverstigmata: icterus, toegenomen buikomvang (ascites? Ook staand: uitzakken flanken?), enkeloedeem, caput Medusae, hematomen, spider naevi, erythema palmare, gynaecomastie • Krabeffecten • Tekenen van iv drugsgebruik • Koliekpijn
Percussie extra stappen lever, galwegen & milt • Spanwijdte lever: in midclaviculairlijn, grootte schatten • Shifting dullness
Inspectie extra stappen nieren & urinewegen • Bewegingsdrang, onrust • Zichtbare welving, ter hoogte van blaas • Huidturgor, krabeffecten en oedemen
Percussie extra stappen nieren & urinewegen • Blaaspercussie: vanaf de symfyse naar craniaal • Slagpijn nierloges
Palpatie extra stappen nieren & urinewegen • Palpatie nieren (tosti-ijzer) • Palpatie blaas
Inspectie Longonderzoek • Algemene inspectie: Oogleden, tong, handen en nagels; horlogeglasnagels • Beoordeling van ademhaling • Thoraxvorm en littekens • Tekenen van dyspnoe (hulpademhalingsspieren, rechtopzittende houding) • Tekenen van longaandoeningen oa halsvene

Auscultatie Longonderzoek Ventraal: Claviculae, 3e icr, onder de oksel 3e icr Dorsaal: hoog, midden, onder scapula Normaal ademgeruis beiderzijds over alle longvelden, geen links-rechts- verschillen, geen verlengd expirium, geen bijgeluiden
Bloeddruk meting: manchet ongeveer 3 cm boven elleboogsplooi palpatie: a. brachialis (evt. a. radialis): regelmaat, frequentie, karaktersnel oppompen manchet tijdens palpatie a. brachialis (evt. a. radialis) (silent gap) Daalsnelheid van de kwikkolom 2-3 mm per seconde
