Merry Christmas

Santa A jolly man in red who brings gifts on Christmas Eve.
Reindeer Animals that pull Santa’s sleigh through the sky.
Sleigh A big sled Santa rides to deliver presents.
Elf A small helper who makes toys for Santa.
Tree A green pine decorated with lights and ornaments.
Ornament A shiny or fun decoration for the Christmas tree.
Lights Bright decorations that twinkle on houses and trees.
Stocking A big sock hung up to be filled with gifts.
Gift Something wrapped and given to someone special.
Snow White, cold flakes that fall from the sky.
Star A shiny shape often placed on top of the tree.
Wreath A circle of green branches hung on doors.
Carol A happy song sung at Christmas time.
Mistletoe A plant people hang up—sometimes people kiss under it!
Chimney The place Santa comes down to bring gifts.
Gingerbread A sweet cookie shaped like people or houses.
Bells Small metal objects that ring with a jingle.
Snowman A fun figure made by stacking snow and adding a carrot nose and buttons.
Cookies Sweet treats often baked for Santa.
Rudolph A red-nosed reindeer who helps lead Santa’s sleigh.
