10 Amendments

The first 10 amendments of the U.S. Constitution.

Amendment 1 5 freedoms: religion, speech, press, assembly, petition There are limits on these freedoms. If any of them violates your rights or is harmful to someone else.
Amendment 2 A militia is required for the security of a free state, but people have the right to own weapons in certain areas.
Amendment 4 People have a right against an unwarranted search of their person, property, or papers. A warrant must be issued including the place to be searched, why, and what they will find in the search.
Amendment 5 No person will not be held for a serious crime unless indicted. Nobody will be placed in double jeopardy and nobody will have life, liberty, or law taken from them without a fair trial.
Amendment 6 In all criminal prosecutions, criminals have the right to a speedy, public trial. The crime has to be reviewed by an impartial jury in the state district where crime was committed. The accused may choose witnesses, and confront any witnesses on his side.
Amendment 7 Over a dispute between property and the value is over 20 dollars, than a jury or judge can decide the issue. However, they must render the decision based on the evidence and facts of that specific case.
Amendment 8 Excessive bail shall not be required, nor extra fines, nor cruel and unusual punishments.
Amendment 9 In the constitution, there aren't all of the writes-impossible. They only listed the absolute IMPORTANT ones.
Amendment 10 All powers not given to the United States by the Constitution or outlawed by the states, are reserved for the states and the people of the nation.
