| ADH | Antidiuretic Hormone: Also known as vasopressin; controls the amount of water reabsorbed by the kidneys |
| CGM | Continuous Glucose Monitoring: Wearable device that tracks blood glucose in real time |
| GAD | generalized anxiety disorder: Excessive worrying that interferes with daily life |
| IV | Intravenous: Administered into a vein |
| MVI | Multivitamin Product containing vitamins for human consumption |
| PCP | Primary care physician: Provides general healthcare for a variety of acute and chronic health conditions |
| QS | Sufficient amount: Adding an ingredient until you reach the desired volume; e.g., QS to 100 mL with saline |

| DKA | Diabetic Ketoacidosis: Ketone buildup in the blood and urine occurring in cases of uncontrolled diabetes |
