What is the meaning of "Join or Die"? Who created it? The colonies had to work together or else they would die out. Ben Franklin made "Join or Die".
What is meant by "No taxation without representation"? The colonies need to be represented for them to be taxed.
What is the purpose of the "Bloody Massacre" picture? What impact did it have? It made people see the British as bad people and to get people and to get people to support the colonists.
What were the main causes of the American Revolution? Taxes and battles.
Why did the Americans write the Declaration of Indepenence? To break off from Britain.
What was the first written plan of government fro the United States? The Articles of Confederation.
