TermDefinition
Articles of Confederation: The first set of rules for the United States government before the Constitution.
Compromise: When two sides give up something to agree on a solution.
Ratify To approve or officially accept something, like a law or agreement.
Amendment A change or addition to a law or document, like the Constitution.
Unconstitutional Something that is not allowed by the rules in the Constitution.
