unreasonable Not guided by logic or sound judgment.
amendment A change or addition to a written document.
assemble To gather in a group for a specific purpose.
jury A group of citizens selected to listen to the facts of a trial in a court of law and decide whether a person is guilty or not guilty
petition To make or present a formal request to an authority regarding a particular cause.
ratify To give formal approval to something so it can become legal or valid.
limit to restrict the size or amount of something
prohibit To formally forbid a person or group from doing something.
due process A legal process established to make sure people are not punished without first being proven guilty in a fair trial.
