Weather The condition of the air and sky at a certain time or place.
Climate The average weather of a place over many years.
Tropics The low latitudes are the areas between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn.
Temperate Zones The middle latitudes, are between the high and low latitudes.
Tropical Cyclone An intense rainstorm with strong winds that forms over oceans in the tropics.
Biome Regions on Earth that are made up of similar communities of plants and animals.
Ecosystem A group of plants and animals that depend on one another and their environment for survival.
Prevailing Winds Are the winds that most frequently blow across a region.
Water Cycle The movement of water from Earth's surface into the atmosphere and back again.
