Sciatic Nerve semitendinosus, semimembranosus, biceps femoris (posterior thigh)
Deep Fibular Nerve tibialis anterior, extensor digitorum longus, fibularis tertius, extensor hallicus longus, extensor digitorum brevis, extensor hallucis brevis (anterior leg/dorsal foot)
Superficial Fibular Nerve fibularis longus, fibularis brevis (lateral leg)
Tibial Nerve gastrocnemius, soleus, plantaris, popliteus, flexor digitorum longus, flexor hallucis longus, tibialis posterior (superficial/deep posterior leg)
Lateral Plantar Nerve abductor digiti quinti, adductor hallucis, flexor digiti brevis, quadratus plantae, dorsal/plantar interosseus, 2-4 lumbricals
