What is a bond? a certificate issued by a government for an amount of money that the government promises to pay back with interest.
What is speculator? people who invest in a risky venture in the hope of making a large profit.
What is tariff? a tax on imported goods.
What is faction? an organized political group.
What is unconstitutional? contrary to what is permitted by the constitution.
What is alien? an outsider or someone from another country
What is sedition? activity designed to overthrow a government.
What is nullify? deprive of legal force.
Who was George Washington? First president of the US.
Who was John Adams? First Vice president of the US.
Who was Alexander Ham? Rarely got along with Thomas Jefferson.
Who was Thomas Jeff? rarely got along with Alexander Ham.
Who was James Madison? He was unconcerned about the well being of the nation.
