| Isocitrate Dehydrogenase | An enzyme that catalyzes the oxidative decarboxylation of isocitrate into alpha-ketoglutarate during the citric acid cycle. It is inhibited by ATP and catalyzed by Ca 2+ and ADP. |
| Alpha-Ketoglutarate Dehydrogenase | An enzyme that catalyzes the oxidative decarboxylation of alpha-ketoglutarate to succinyl-CoA and produces NADH. Inhibited by Succinyl-CoA and NADH and catalyzed by Ca2+ and NADH. |
