Temporary has a start and end date
Unique Contrasts projects to operations which entails on-going and repetitive work
Service Examples include the capability to deliver a service (Eg establishing a help desk)
Result Such as reducing waiting time at the doctors office or increasing employee's moral. Deliverables
Example of a simple project with short duration - finishing a basement -looking for a job -planning a vacation
Example of a medium risk & complexity project - writing a technical book -developing a mobile app -preparing and annual report -renovating a house
Example of a large risk & complexity project - building a house -developing an online store -merging two companies -designing a new airplane -Improving corporate moral
