Step 3 Wipe work station/area with cleaning solution to remove debris
Step 4 Identify disinfectant that is bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal; EPA approved for use in salon setting
Step 5 Read manufacturers directions for non-immersible implement or equipment disinfection
Step 6 Follow manufacturers directions for mixing and/or using appropriate aerosol disinfectant
Step 7 Clean, closed container labeled "to be disinfected" is placed at the station for used implements to be placed in
Step 8 Alcohol based hand sanitizer at least 62-70 percent alcohol no greater
work area cleaned and disinfected beginning of the day
