| 5th Amendment | Due Process; protects against self-incrimination and double jeopardy. |
| 6th Amendment | Rights of the accused. Right to: a speedy trial with a jury of peers, an attorney, to be informed of the charges, to cross-examine witnesses and present favorable witnesses. |
