1st Amendment Freedom of religion, speech, press, petition and assembly.
2nd Amendment Right to bear arms
3rd Amendment Restricts the quartering of soldiers in private homes
4th Amendment Protects against unreasonable searches and seizures; warrants.
5th Amendment Due Process; protects against self-incrimination and double jeopardy.
6th Amendment Rights of the accused. Right to: a speedy trial with a jury of peers, an attorney, to be informed of the charges, to cross-examine witnesses and present favorable witnesses.
