Revolutionary Alliances Spain also joined as an ally of France but not of America. Britain at this time also declared war on the Dutch. Spain wants to regain territory that they lost to Britain but they don’t care about American Independence
Valley Forge awful winter, super cold, lots died, no food, lots of soldiers left/gave up, Britain was concerned that they might actually lose the war so they started granting some demands of the war but wouldn't grant American independence

Peace of Paris John Adams, John Jay, & Benjamin Franklin negotiated for these treaties, ended the French and Indian war and the American revolution, signed on Sept. 3, 1783, The Americans finally won mainly because of the help from the dutch and French
Slavery in the Revolution Era north: Slaves are emancipated during the war or shortly after. South: they kind of relaxed with some laws but did not free all slaves at this time.
Women and equality following the American Revolution The war did not change the legal status of women and most of them were fine with remaining in a domestic sphere.
Freedom of religion in the states following the American Revolution This is starting to be seen and protected and tax support for church comes to an end and states don’t have a state sponsored religion.
Articles of Confederation and powers of the national government There are lots of problems, some to do with not having enough money, the way the government runs is making things difficult, some British troops that still won’t leave and Indian tribes fighting back when they try to move westward.
America and problems with Spain They have problems with Spain when trying to move westward because Spain owns the Mississippi River. So if you expand, you need a way to get your crop which you will grow to market.
