Friar A member of a Roman Catholic religious order for men
Irrigation The supply of water to land or crops to hep growth, typically by means of channels.
Livestock Farm animals regarded as an asset
Architecture The practice of designing and constructing buildings
Surrender Ending resistance to an enemy and submitting to their authority.
Seige Enemy surroundings a settlement, town or building, cutting off essential supplies, with the aim of forcing those inside to surrender.
Conquistador An explorer or conqueror, especially one from Spain
Allies Organizations or groups that cooperate or help each other in a particular activity.
Settlement A place where people establish a community.
Empire A group of states or countries under a single supreme authority of an emperor.
Voyage A long journey involving travel by sea.
Colony A country or area under the political control of another country.
Epidemic A widespread occurrence of an infectious disease in a community at a particular time.
