| Respect | Treating others and yourself as important and valuable to the community. |
| Individual Responsibility | Being accountable for your own actions and your own needs. |
| Self-Discipline | Being in control of actions and being able to do what is right despite temptations. |
| Civic-Mindedness | Regularly thinking about your community and the needs of the community. |
| Open-Mindedness | Caring for others in time of need. |
| Compromise | Finding a middle ground with others so that solutions can be found. |
| Toleration of other's perspectives and ways of doing thing | Being able to listen to and consider multiple ideas without judging others. |
| Patience and Persistence | The ability to tolerate a delay and work hard through challenges without giving or getting upset. |
| Compassion | Giving others a space to share and be able themselves even if you disagree. |
| Generosity | Willingness to share and give others when they need it. |
| Loyalty | Supporting and giving allegiance to your communities. |
