What was the Ice Age? A time when Earth had freezing temperatures and large amounts of water froze into huge ice sheets.
What was the name of early people who migrated to America? Paleo-Indians
How did they arrive in North America? crossed the Bering land bridge by foot and came by the boats.
In What general direction did early peoples migrate by land? North to South.
Why did you think migration of early people in the Americas? Because of warmer climate and following the herds of animals.
What is the Culture? A group's common values and traditions.
What is the Migration? The movement of people or animals from one region to another.
What is the Environment? the Climate and landscape that surround living things.
What was the earliest civilization in the Americas? Olmec
Where was Olmec Civilzation located in? Present day Mexico
How did the Aztec built a powerful and wealthy state? Seized many towns to control a broad trade network.
What were some of the accomplishments of the Maya? Built stone pyramids, temples, palaces, bridge, large plazas, and canals to control the water flow.
Where was the Inca Empire located in? Andes Mountain, South America where it stretched from North Ecuador to Peru.
how were three Mesoamerican and one South American civilization high developed? Because of they have stone buildings, mathematics, a calendar system, a writing system, and road system.
