What was the process of the Atlantic Slave Trade | 1. Colonists with rum would go to Africa 2. Colonists would trade rum for slaves and go to the West Indies 3. Colonists would exchange some slaves and get sugar to bring to North America |
Define the Middle Passage | The 2nd leg of the Triangular trade (Trading rum for slaves that would go to the West Indies). Many slaves died on the journey to NA due to disease and starvation |
