Erasmus He was a humanist, he studied the Greek and Latin classics. He wrote Humourus books that called out the corruption in the the church. He also taught schools.
martian luther he was a monk. He drew up a list of arguments against the church and nailed it the the door of the wittenberg church ( 95 thesis). He briefed that if a person had faith it was enough to be saved. Started the lutheran religion
