OPEC a company many countries invested in to help with the crude oil prices.
War on terrorism this is what the US president declared on terrorists that attacked on 9/11.
Zionism a political party protecting Jewish rights.
world war I in the middle east During WWI the ottoman empire fell after four centuries and sent the middle east into total chaos and war for the land the empire had.
Arab spring a group of terrorists attacked the US on 9/11
Cold war in the middle east the big countries where spying on each other and they could't take a blow so the asked smaller countries in the middle east to attack for them. this lead the middle east into conflict with one another.
Balfour deceleration The Balfour Declaration was a British mandate that was meant to give Jews self-rule in Palestine.
Ottoman Empire A Muslim empire based on Turkish beliefs and stood for four centuries.
Iran Hostage Crisis an event where a group of militarized Iranian college students overtook the U.S Embassy in Tehran. And took about 52 American diplomats and citizens hostage for about 444 days.
