1st Amendment Freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition
2nd Amendment Right to bear arms
3rd Amendment No quartering of troops
4th Amendment Need a search warrant to search or take stuff
5th Amendment Right to remain silent, must be treated fairly if accused of crime
6th Amendment Right to have a lawyer and to a speedy trial
7th Amendment You will be put on trial with a jury
8th Amendment Punishments will fit the crime (fair fines, bail, and punishment)
9th Amendment all the rights not listed in the Constitution belong to the people, not the government
10th Amendment Any powers not listed go to states and people
