Give three reasons why Americans did not always trust immigrants.. 1. Afraid immigrants would change the American way of life. 2. Worried about their beliefs about God. 3. Afraid immigrants would stay in their own areas and not become Americans.
What did immigrants bring that changed the United States? They brought their cultures and traditions with them.
How were immigrants changed by America? Their children learned to speak English. They began to accept American values. They developed a love for freedom and democracy.
What countries were most of the immigrants to American from? Holland, Germany, Ireland, Norway and Sweden
