Who’s in it Made up of a system of federal courts headed by the US Supreme Court
What does it do Explains the Constitution and other laws. Reviews lower-court decisions. Can strike down a law if they think it’s un-constitutional. Congress can then review the law to make it constitutional.
Checks on executive branch May declare executive actions unconstitutional
Checks on Legislative Branch May declare laws unconstitutional.
