Why was Tutankhamen's tomb an important discovery for modern historians? His grave was never broken into so it showed the exact way they buried people.

What is a dynasty? A family of rulers
What was the main economic activity of Egypt? Agriculture (farming)
Why would Egyptians trade with neighboring regions? To get goods they didn’t have/couldn’t get
Why did social groups form in the Old Kingdom of Egypt? They believed a well-ordered society would the keep kingdom strong.
How did people end up in their social class? People usually belonged to same social class as parents
What rights did women have? Owning land, running businesses, divorce, representing themselves in court.
Why were priests an important social group? They kept the gods happy
What jobs did artisans do? Made pottery, stoneworking, metalworking
