Genitofemoral N. L1, L2 cutaneous to anterior thigh & motor to cremaster muscle
Lateral femoral cutaneous N. L2, L3 through obturator foramen to medial thigh
Femoral nerve L2-L4 to anterior thigh
Lumbosacral trunk L4-L5 joins sacral plexus
Inferior phrenic A. T12
Middle suprarenal A. L1
Renal A. L2
Gonadal A. L2
Lumbar A. L1-L4
Common Iliac A. L4
Inferior vena cava forms at L5
Left gonadal & suprarenal veins drain into left renal v.
Ascending lumbar veins give rise to azygos & hemiazygos vv.
