Plessy v. Ferguson 1896 U.S supreme court case decision that rules that segregation was legal as long as it was equal
Brown v. Board of Education 1954 U.S supreme court case that overturned Plessy v. Ferguson
Monopoly exclusive ownership or control of a product or industry by one company or group
color line politics the exclusions of blacks from political affairs solely by one company or group
black exodus migration of blacks who were farmers, who moved from MS to Kansas and other Mid western states after the reconstruction era.
