QuestionAnswer
What is the first amendment? Freedom of speech
What is the second amendment? Right for people to bear arms
What is the third amendment? No soldier shall be in time of peace be quartered in any house without consent of the owner
What is the fourth amendment? To protect people from unreasonable searches and seized by the government
What is the fifth amendment? No double Jeopardy and no witnesses against yourself
What is the sixth amendment? Right to a speedy and public trial
What is the seventh amendment? Trial by jury if it involves more than 20 dollars
What is the eighth amendment? No cruel punishment or excessive bail.
What is the ninth amendment? People have rights not listed in the constitution
What is the tenth amendment? Any rights not given to federal government are given to the states and people
