Preamble A preliminary or preparatory statement; an introduction.
Legislative Having the power to make laws.
Executive Having the power to put plans, actions, or laws into effect.
Cabinet A body of high-ranking officials; advisors for the President on any subject.
Judicial Of, by or appropriate to a court or judge.
Federalism The federal principle or system of government.
Amend Make minor changes in (a text) in order to make it fairer, more accurate, or more up-to-date.
Repeal Revoke or annul (a law or congressional act).
