1st amendment Freedom of religion, assembly petition press and speech
2nd amendment Right to bear arms
3rd amendment No soldier in time of peace, maybe quartered in any house without the consent of the owner
4th amendment Protection from illegal search and seizure
5th amendment Right to remain silent
6th amendment Right to a speedy, you cannot be put in jail for longer than a year without going to court
7th amendment You have a right to a trial by jury
8th amendment Protection from cruel and unusual punishment
9th amendment States that not all rights are mentioned in the constitution
10th amendment Gives the power to the states and the people to decide
