TermDefinition
History The study of the past
Culture The knowledge, beliefs, customs, and values of a group of people.
Archaeology It is the study of the past based on what people left behind
Fossil Is a part or an imprint of something that was once alive.
Artifacts Objects created by adn use by humans
Primary source An account of an event created by someone who took part in or witnessed or took part in the event
Secondary source Information from someone that did not take part in the event or witnessed the event
Geography is the study of Earths cultural features
Landforms The natural features of the lands surface
Climate The pattern of weather conditions in a certain area over a pong period of time.
Environment Includes all living things and nonliving things that effect life in the area
Region Is and area with one or more features that make it different from surrounding area
Resources is the study of cultural features
