2nd amendment right to keep and bear arms

4th amendment protects against unlawful search and siezure
5th amendment protects against double jeoppardy, right to remain silent, property being taken without compensation
6th amendment guarentees a speedy trial, impartial jury, accused can confront witnesses, and the right to a lawyer
7th amendment the right to a jury trial
8th amendment protection agaisnt cruel and unusual punishment
9th amendment other rights exist and although they are not listed they cannot be violated
10th amendment any power not granted to the government by the Constitution belongs to the people
