What was the stamp act? The stamp act meant Americans had to pay tax on all newspapers and legal documents.
Who were the sons of liberty? They were an organisation that were fighting for the rights of the American citizens.
What was the Boston tea party? Americans dressed up in native clothing and boarded cargo ships filled with tea. They dropped all the tea into the Boston harbour to show their protest of British rule.rep
What was the Boston massacre? While protesting American people began to throw stones at British soldiers. British response was to open fire on protesters killing 5.
Who was the leader of the American revolution? George Washington.
What were the causes of the American revolution? British debt and the seven years war, the navigation acts (1763), the quartering act (1765) and the sugar act (1764), the stamp act (1765) and the sons of liberty and no taxation without representation.
What was one major consequence? The USA was founded.
